By using JMK Courier services, you agree to the following:

Services

We provide international shipping, local delivery, barrel packing, and online shopping assistance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, ship only legal items, and pay all applicable fees.

Prohibited Items

We do not accept illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs or other delays beyond our control.

Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

Payments

All fees must be paid before delivery or collection.

Claims

Any issues with packages must be reported within 48 hours.

Storage

Uncollected packages after 14 days may incur storage fees. After 30 days, items may be disposed of.
